The fast pace of pharmaceuticals fits my personality and drive although it does become difficult at times to have to be so precise and document each mistake so thoroughly. I have enjoyed my work here, because although a lot of days might seem the same, I have worked with a great group of people. Even though I consistently did outstanding work and did all of the duties of a supervisor, I was not promoted in title which was disappointing. I have been able to flex hours around personal needs and the benefits are great, but the pay could be better.
